AXIS TQ1815-E Housing

Designed for selected Axis box cameras, this robust, compact housing features a built-in wiper and can operate in extreme temperatures and harsh conditions. It's easy and flexible to install and offers low energy consumption and a long lifespan.

Robust and impact resistant

AXIS TQ1815-E is designed for use with AXIS P13 Series, AXIS Q17 Series, and other selected box cameras. This outdoor-ready housing includes a built-in wiper to ensure the window is always clear for great images in snow, rain, ice, and fog. It includes a built-in camera heater and fan, allowing it to operate at temperatures from -40 °C to 60 °C (-40 °F to 140 °F). And it can withstand hurricane-force winds of more than 60 m/s (134 mph). With IP66, IP67, NEMA 4X, and IK10 ratings, you can be sure it’s resistant to both harsh weather conditions and impacts. Plus, the housing window is made from robust IK10-rated glass for high-impact resistance.

Easy and flexible installation

This outdoor housing is designed for easy and flexible installation and offers multiple network and power options, including IDC connectors for secure and versatile connections. The electronics kit is positioned at the bottom of the housing and can be quickly accessed by removing the top cover. Plus, thanks to installation hooks, one person can easily pull the cable from the wall mount and install the camera. What’s more, it comes with corridor format, making it ideal for surveillance of narrow alleys or perimeters. And, with various IR Kits available, you can choose the best option for your needs.

Sustainable product

With a smart, compact design, this environmentally friendly housing weighs 24% less than previous models. The top cover is made from robust polycarbonate (PC) plastic material with 70% bio-based plastics and the sturdy bottom is made from recycled aluminum. It operates at a market-leading energy consumption compared to multiple single-sensor cameras. Furthermore, it’s built to last with a lifespan that matches the expected lifetime of three cameras. And with the flexibility to install various cameras, this compact and robust housing helps ensure you preserve the value of your investment, making it a smart, future-proof choice.
