If a hardware issue occurs, expert support is available remotely or onsite. HP In-Warranty Care Pack coverage begins on the date of device purchase and includes the manufacturer's warranty. To remain elegible, the maximum time between HP's original sale of the product and its resale to the end customer must not exceed 90 days. HP also strongly recommends that customers purchase their HP Care Pack from HP or an authorized reseller within 90 days of the hardware purchase date.
